A Mid-Century Modern Kitchen Reno

It seems that the Mid-Century Modern style has moved to the forefront of interior design in recent years. Clean lines, warm tones and a retro feel seems to resonate with a great many people. First we determined the correct balance of wood and white for the cabinetry.

Then we introduced specific lighting such as the iconic Sputnik light fixture in the dining area:

And a tri-light hanging pendant over the eat-in kitchen.

Both fixtures introduced a soft gold metallic to the space which we were able to repeat in the cabinetry hardware.
